Massage Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions 1. Service entitlement Each gift voucher is redeemable for the remedial massage service stated on the voucher, being either a 30-minute remedial massage or a 1-hour remedial massage at Lakelands Chiro. 2. Changes to service fees A valid gift voucher remains redeemable for the massage duration stated on the voucher, even if Lakelands Chiro's standard massage fees increase after the voucher is purchased. No additional payment will be required solely because of a subsequent fee increase. 3. Bookings required Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to practitioner and appointment availability. Holding a gift voucher does not guarantee availability on a particular date or with a particular practitioner. 4. Presentation and verification of voucher The gift voucher should be presented at the time of redemption. Lakelands Chiro may also verify the voucher against its internal records before it is redeemed. 5. Single use Each gift voucher is valid for one use only and is considered redeemed once the service stated on the voucher has been provided. 6. Not redeemable for cash Gift vouchers are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, and no cash refund or change will be provided in place of the nominated service, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. 7. Private health insurance Private health insurance cannot be used when purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher. Gift vouchers are purchased as a prepaid service and are not eligible for private health insurance claiming. No private health insurance claimable receipt or invoice will be issued in relation to the purchase or redemption of a gift voucher. 8. Use for nominated service only Gift vouchers are redeemable for the remedial massage service and duration stated on the voucher. They cannot ordinarily be exchanged for chiropractic services, products, a different massage duration or another service. Any exception is at the discretion of Lakelands Chiro and does not affect any rights under Australian Consumer Law. 9. Appointment changes and cancellations Lakelands Chiro's usual appointment change and non-attendance policy applies to appointments booked using a gift voucher. Where an applicable same-day change or non-attendance fee is incurred, the fee will be dealt with in accordance with the clinic's current policy: https://www.lakelandschiro.com.au/policy 10. Late arrival If the voucher holder arrives late, the appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The gift voucher will still be considered redeemed where Lakelands Chiro was available to provide the originally booked service. 11. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers Lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers may be replaced where Lakelands Chiro can reasonably verify the original purchase and confirm that the voucher has not already been redeemed. Replacement cannot be guaranteed where the original purchase cannot be identified. 12. Expiry and extensions Gift vouchers should be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the voucher. Any extension after the expiry date is at the discretion of Lakelands Chiro unless otherwise required by law. 13. No post-purchase administration fees Lakelands Chiro does not charge activation, account-keeping, inactivity or similar fees for holding or using a gift voucher. 14. Australian Consumer Law These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
