Massage Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions 1. Service entitlement Each gift voucher is redeemable for the remedial massage service stated on the voucher, being either a 30-minute remedial massage or a 1-hour remedial massage at Lakelands Chiro. 2. Changes to service fees A valid voucher remains redeemable for the massage duration stated on the voucher, even if Lakelands Chiro's standard massage fees increase after the voucher is purchased. No additional payment will be required solely because of a subsequent fee increase. 3. Bookings required Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to practitioner and appointment availability. Holding a voucher does not guarantee availability on a particular date or with a particular practitioner. 4. Presentation of voucher The voucher should be presented at the time of redemption. Lakelands Chiro may also verify the voucher against its internal voucher records before it is redeemed. 5. Single use Each voucher is valid for one use only and is considered redeemed once the service stated on the voucher has been provided. 6. Not redeemable for cash Gift vouchers are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and no cash refund or change will be provided in place of the nominated service, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. 7. Non-transfer between services The voucher is intended for the remedial massage service and duration stated on it and cannot ordinarily be exchanged for chiropractic services, products, a different massage duration or another service. Any exception is at the discretion of Lakelands Chiro and does not affect rights under Australian Consumer Law. 8. Appointment changes and non-attendance Lakelands Chiro's usual appointment cancellation and non-attendance policy applies to appointments booked using a gift voucher. Where an applicable same-day change or non-attendance fee is incurred, this will be dealt with in accordance with the clinic's current policy. 9. Late arrival If the voucher holder arrives late, the appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The voucher will still be considered redeemed where the clinic was available to provide the originally booked service. 10. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers may be replaced where Lakelands Chiro can reasonably verify the original purchase and confirm that the voucher has not already been redeemed. Replacement cannot be guaranteed where the original purchase cannot be identified. 11. Australian Consumer Law These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
