To help you keep your appointment we send SMS reminders the day prior to allow you the oppertunity to contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel. We will contact you if we have not had confirmation of your appointment.

 

Our late cancellation & non-attendance policy. 

We require notice the day prior to your appointment for the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. 

Cancellation or rescheduling on the day will be charged a Late Cancellation fee.

Missed appointments will be charged a Non-Attendance fee. 

 

The fee of $25 will be charged.

 

Often we can offer your appoinment time to someone that has been waiting or someone who requires an urgent appointment. 

Late cancellation or missing your appointment means that someone misses out.

 

In extenuating circumstances the Cancellation/Non-Attendance fee can be waived.
