Terms and Conditions Local Staff Offer These terms and conditions apply to the LOCAL STAFF OFFER provided by Lakelands Chiro. Offer Eligible staff working in or around Lakelands Shopping Centre may receive a complimentary chiropractic initial consultation. The complimentary chiropractic initial consultation includes history, examination and discussion of whether chiropractic care may be suitable. The complimentary chiropractic initial consultation does not include chiropractic treatment. Treatment Fees If chiropractic treatment is suitable and the client chooses to proceed with treatment on the day, the treatment component will be charged separately at Lakelands Chiro’s usual treatment fees. Treatment is not guaranteed and will only be provided where the practitioner considers it clinically appropriate and the client chooses to proceed. Eligibility This offer is available to staff working in or around Lakelands Shopping Centre. Clients may be asked to mention their workplace when booking or attending. This offer is available to new chiropractic clients only. This offer may be used once per person. Exclusions This offer applies to the chiropractic initial consultation fee only. This offer does not apply to: Chiropractic treatment fees Remedial massage appointments Products Gift vouchers Existing accounts or previous appointments Any other service unless specifically stated by Lakelands Chiro This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with another chiropractic initial consultation offer unless approved by Lakelands Chiro. Offer Period This offer is ongoing for eligible local staff unless withdrawn or updated by Lakelands Chiro. Lakelands Chiro may amend or withdraw this offer at any time. Clinical Suitability The initial consultation is used to assess the client’s concern and discuss whether chiropractic care may be suitable. If chiropractic care is not suitable, the practitioner will discuss this with the client and may recommend another option or referral where appropriate. Standard Clinic Policies All appointments remain subject to Lakelands Chiro’s usual clinic policies, including booking, payment, cancellation and non-attendance policies.
