Initial Consultation
We have you booked in for your Initial Consultation with our Chiropractor.
To ensure a smooth visit there are a few things that you may want to know:
# You will be sent a reminder SMS the day before you appointment. Please click the link & fill out the paperwork the DAY PRIOR to your appointment to confirm that you will be attending. If you have any issues you can call us on 08 6383 6050. Please check our Late Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy.
# Your consult can take up to 45 minutes. If you have any documents from previous treatment(s), including any images or scans, please bring them along or email them to hello@lakelandschiro.com.au
# Loose & flexible clothing is best. Be prepared that you may need to remove belts, shoes, jewellery or some clothing items, if required. We advise against tight fitting clothes, skirts, body/playsuits.
# A few other things that may help is giving yourself the oppertunity to be as relaxed as possible, try to avoid rushing/running late or having appointments booked directly following. Hydration helps, so be sure to have some water on the day. While we are okay with children attending with you, see if you can come solo to your first consult, or make sure that they can be occupied during the appointment (please bring headphones for devices).

Cancellaton & Non-Attendance Policy
To help you keep your appointments we send SMS reminders the day prior to allow you the oppertunity to contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel. We will contact you if we have not had confirmation of your appointment.
Our late cancellation & non-attendance policy.
We require notice the day prior to your appointment for the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
Cancellation or rescheduling on the day will be charged a Late Cancellation fee.
Missed appointments will be charged a Non-Attendance fee.
The fee of $25 will be charged.
Often we can offer your appoinment time to someone that has been waiting or someone who requires an urgent appointment.
Late cancellation or missing your appointment means that someone misses out.
In extenuating circumstances the Cancellation/Non-Attendance fee can be waived.
